Tarif Baru Pendakian Gunung Merbabu

Tarif tiket pendakian Gunung Merbabu naik hingga enam kali lipat atau dari Rp1.500 per orang per kegiatan per hari menjadi Rp10.000 per orang kegiatan per hari.

Kepala Subag Tata Usaha Balai Taman Nasional (BTN) Gunung Merbabu, Himawan Gunadi, mengatakan tarif tiket pendakian naik berdasarkan ketetapan Peraturan Pemerintah No.12 Tahun 2014 tentang jenis dan tarif atas jenis penerimaan Negara bukan pajak yang berlaku pada Kementerian Kehutanan (Kemenhut).

“Secara resmi, kenaikan harga tiket pendakian Gunung Merbabu sejak Rabu [13/8]. Saat ini, misalnya, seseorang mendaki selama satu hari bakal dikenakan tarif Rp10.000. Secara rinci, Rp5.000 untuk tiket masuk dan Rp 5.000 untuk pungutan kegiatan pendakian,” kata Himawan saat dijumpai Solopos.com, di ruangnya, Senin (18/8/2014).

Himawan mengatakan jumlah tarif tersebut juga akan berubah sesuai dengan waktu kegiatan yang dilakukan seseorang di kawasan Gunung Merbabu. Semakin lama seseorang melakukan kegiatan di gunung akan kian bertambah tariff yang dikenakan oleh pengelola.

“Apabila berkemah di Gunung selama dua hari berarti pendaki harus membayar sejumlah Rp10.000. Jumlah tersebut ditambah dengan tiket sekali masuk senilai Rp5.000. Jadi pendaki membayar Rp15.000 per pendakian selama dua hari,” lanjut Himawan.

Himawan menambahkan tarif perseorangan dengan tarif rombongan berbeda. Apabila pendakian dilakukan oleh minimal 10 orang, harga tiket masuk menjadi Rp3.000. Sedangkat, pungutan kegiatan pendakian senilai Rp2.500 per orang per hari.

“Semakin ramai, minimal 10 orang, tarif juga kian turun. Selain jumlah pendaki, kami juga membedakan tarif dari asal negara wisatawan. Jadi, tarif masuk wisatawan nusantara (WNI) yakni Rp5.000 dan wisatawan mancanegara (WNA) Rp150.000. Tarif tersebut berlaku di setiap pintu masuk atau basecamp pendakian Gunung Merbabu,” ujar dia.

Sementara itu, Koordinator Pemanfaatan dan Humas BTN Gunung Merbabu, Kristina Dewi, mengatakan kenaikan tarif pendakian ditujukan untuk menambah fasilitas umum di Gunung Merbabu. Kemenhut atau melalui BTN Gunung Merbabu berencana membangun sejumlah selter di pos pendakian untuk menambah kenyamanan para wisatawan.

“Pemerintah Pusat yang mengatur masalah tarif. Kami hanya menjalankan kebijakan tersebut. Saya yakin, kenaikan tarif itu bakal berpengaruh terhadap kondisi alam gunung. Selain membangun fasilitas umum baru, dana tersebut juga jelas untuk kegiatan konservasi,” imbuh Kristina.
